This is why I dislike the number of offers we hand out at our summer camps. Not trying to discredit the talent of guys like Botts and Ronald Martin, but they are starting to hurt us right now. Looking at Rivals and Martin's offer list, we could have held out on him until late. I understand the rush for Botts with what happened with Wing, but according to Rivals and Scout, we are the only team that showed interest in him
Its not all about stars bro. Ronald Martin is legit, and he could very well end up like Claiborne...a low ranked ATH who turns into a stud DB. I trust the coaches in evaluations, especially Cooper.

Like I said, I think he's a good player, but if OBJ does in fact move to CB, who would you prefer: OBJ or Martin? Martin is a guy we could have waiting on til like January, see if bigger pieces fall to us, and go from there
Martin will play S, and OBJ will be a CB if hes moved.

Martin had 14 int's his first year playing full-time Safety(been a QB since). Guy also ran a 4.47 at camp . I don't know how physical he plays, but the coaches liked what they saw, and shut it down with the offer. Turner and Collins will be looked at DB, 2 guys with 4.0 and 3.9 shuttle times(sick)!!!OBJ would be an awesome corner, as well. I'm not worried about the DB pipeline, Cooper will have his units stocked!!

Those shuttle times are serious, those are elite hips on those guys, future CB studs. And we didnt even mention David Jenkins who is the most polished and ready to play out of all of them.

We are gonna look at his grades in JUCO, and if we offer. Just a heads up to feel pretty good come his decision. As of now he doesn't have an offer, but that will probably change soon.

I really like Carter and is a guy who could immediately line up out wide with Randle. Great hands and good route running.

Randle and Carter outside with Landry in the slot. Talk about some nice hands on the field

Shep will be ready to play WR next year. But hopefully we put in a wildcat package with him at QB, but that probly wont happen. But him and Landry will be the slot WRs. And why should we feel good about Carter, memphis, did he really like it or something?

He loved it, and remember we were in his final two with tOSU.

I'm not gonna say Book it or lock. I don't ever do that since things change at a drop of a dime, or 200k in Auburn's case., I feel pretty confident though.

Let's see if I can be 3-3

Not tooting my own horn, but....

I broke the news about Bridgewater long before Miami boards.

Thompson

now Carter

Who else is even looking at Carter or is he interested in? Everything I've read is that OSU doesn't really want him back.

Did you show him around or something to know he loved it? JW... But yeah whats the deal on that Thompson kid, and do the coaches want Teddy bad enough to offer Eli?

It is us, Oregon and I think Mizzouri or some Big 12/10 team, whatever you call that conference

While Oregon has nice facilities, I can't think of any receiver from there that has done much in the NFL lately. Then just show him Dwayne Bowe who's leading the NFL in TDs right now

I like your strategy of breaking news in established threads. I think it will help keep some of the sensationalists (read: tards) from the recruiting board.

So Memphis, What are our chances with Bridgewater at this point? I know we have hinted around this but is Eli necessary for us to get Bridgewater at this point?

I LOVE the thought of he and Mett for a couple of years (sorta like Flynn and Loux).

I just need you (or someone that knows) to lay it out there for me.

Quite obviously everyone could have heard this today, and obviously some of you are exposed to different things ect...

Ponamski (spelling?) was on at 4 pm today talking about ZM. Said he was very easy to contact via text, which many kids duck, and stressed that he wants to come to DIV-I and play for NC's.

This guy is approaching his third college in a wise manner

with no inside info on this thing it's really starting to lean our way big-time

seems to me if he loved his visit to LSU, and wants to be sure, he'll take that last visit.

What great news that he should be going to the Arky game.
LSU will Be on his mind the whole time.
