Man I wouldn't touch Bridgwater with a ten foot pole. All I see is Jacoby Harris all over again. Take Mett or Rivers and call it a class. No way do we want Bridgwater.

I think right now it's a case of the staff throwing stuff against the wall and seeing what sticks.

Teddy's not the loose cannon/gunslinger that Jacorey is.Think of him as more of a Vince Young type player.Smart,a leader, good passer but not exceptional, bery good athlete that knows when to run and when to keep looking downfield.Wouldn't you want a guy like that?I certainly would.

Glad you're not a coach.

Are you crazy? Dude Vince Young was 6'5" and ran a 4.4 coming out of high school and the #1 ranked player in the country. Taking Bridwater would be a mistake even over Rivers much less over Mett. I hope Brigdwater is a very successful quarterback but I just don't see it.

He called him a Vince young TYPE player, not exactly Vince Young.

And to say you would take Rivers over Teddy shows how bright you really are when it comes to recruiting

Well Mr. Tom Luginbill or is it Dandy Don? I guess we will just have to wait a few years to find out who is bright and who isn't. Thank you for taking time aways from your recruiting websites to bless us with your genius.

I never said he was like Vince physically or even talent wise.I'm talking mentally and the way they play the game.Vince wasn't/isn't a prolific passer but made the throws that were there and when nothing was there he would pull it down and create magic with his feet.Teddy is the same type of QB.Not as fast as Vince but pure speed is not everything when it comes to a running QB.Jefferson isn't real fast but he can be extremely effective running and Masoli showed today that it's not all about speed. He probably runs no faster than a mid 4.6 but he's very effective when running.Every program in the country would take Teddy over Rivers.Doesn't mean Rivers is bad, just that Teddy has way more talent and upside.

Just to squash any rumor of Carter wanting to go back to Ohio State, he's having a conversation on Twitter with one of his buddies and I have to assume he's talking about the Buckeyes:

Is there a good chance something positive will occur in the future, or are we talking "inevitably" positive?
