Yeah, I have a hard time believing "rumors from insiders". About 90% of it is false, and sometimes the exact opposite of the truth.

It is inexcusable to not be able to think of a base package for someone with his skill set to run considering he has been here since the spring!! The talent waste alone is inexcusable. To be 109th in total offense...109!!! Are you serious? With our talent, it makes me fricking sick. If he transfers because of this it is obvious the coaching is an issue and something must be done. /rant.

Holy shite this is the most depressing TD I have ever...EVER...seen!
Not when everyone thought Randle was going to bama, not when we got the holy f'ing shite throttled out of us by Florida last year, not when Lee threw his last pick 6, not when a fellow SEC team scored 50 on us for the second time in a year, not even when CPA got banned...have I seen a more f'd up TD.
We lost 13-3 to the #1 team in the nation, who has probably the greatest defense they ever had! How did people react to the 3-7 loss to Auburn three years ago when we had an offense with 3 starters who were NFL 1st Round Picks? A lot of people must have set themselves on fire.
Tiger Rant is not in meltdown...its gone supernova.
I started a thread in response to the kill Crowton threads, pointing out that he had several years of progressively successful offenses at La Tech and developed Jason Martin and Tim Rattay into very good QBs, and those animals burned it down with a flamethrower.
Even the Recruiting Board...I really hope this is a severe case of overreaction or else we all really are fricked:
Landry doesn't like LSU and doesn't want to come here.
Hunter is going to Miami.
Johnson is going to UT.
Rasco is going to Texas.
Reed and Lache are going to Auburn.
Shep is going to transfer.
Crowton is a fail who has always been a fail except for only in his first year and has never developed a QB.
Miles is an insane fool who has no business being a coach.
Saban is sleeping with our wives, gfs, and even our daughters.
WTF is going on?!
Here is what I heard about Shep...take it for what its worth. Danielson said that the coaches told him Shep came down with flu-like sickness the day before the game. He was nauseous and had a fever...and was advised to not play. Also, this info was kept on the dl because the coaches did not want anyone to know Shep was out of the gameplan. Who knows if what Danielson heard was the truth or not, just writing what he said.
Now, assuming it was true, could this be the reason Shep wrote what he did on his page? That he was not going to play in this huge game of #1 v. #4 in Tiger Stadium on a Saturday night and he was afraid it would be the biggest mistake of his life not to?
I don't know. Maybe he is afraid he may have knocked some girl up? Who knows? Why assume the worst?

First off damn good post
I have had a hard time reading TD all day yesterday.
We have some work to do and the defense played much much better... And if we can get more pressure on the QB teams better look out.
Our LB look 10x better than they have been in a while... Heck we haven't had a truly killer LB since Bradie James.
I don't care if FL mostly ran the dive... FWIW they did the same against UT.
Sure some recruits may take a small step back, but with the way our Offense has played up to now it's to be expected... We have 3 of the nations best recruiters on our staff. Most teams are lucky to have 1 let alone 2. Lets let them do their jobs.
If Gary Danielson is right then that would clear up alot.

The bottom line is we are 109th out 119 teams in the country! We are LSU for goodness sakes...
We had high hopes for JJ...he seems to be regressing or something at the moment...against UGA he looked promising... (the sacks are devestating drives)
and what really chaps LSU fans butts is seeing BAMA look better than UF, and looks to be on it's way to a National title way before LSU makes a march towards another...
these are trends that can not be ignored...
I try to remain positive..and I said that when RP got booted off the team, it would set the program back 2 years at that position...this is year 2...
so I guess we shouldn't be too surprised we are struggling at QB....but 109th in total offense? and we are still 5-1? amazing
but it looks to catch up with us very soon
