May have been said, but if Kiffin is so insecure to hire nothing but gimmicks as his coaches.
O----gimmick, a disaster as a coach.
Pops----sure has a resume, but wouldnt want him as the LSU DC.
If this Jackson rumor is true------gimmick to attract a premeir player.
I see this as nothing but Lane Kiffen insecurity. Taking shortcuts. I guess that is good for GA, FL, and KY in the long run, I know I would love to have em in the west under a Kiffin regime. Trade Ole Miss for em for about 4 years.

Okay not really reading all of this thread just a general thought. Seems hiring a family member at a university when someone is being recruited should be a major recruiting violation. Basically they are giving a family member money, even if they are working for it. Seems they should be required to prove the relative was up for the job prior to recruitment in order for that to happen. I know it has probably happened before but it just screams violation.

, but regardless. Thought I would shoot that down quickly. Oh, 2 years ago Kiffin hired McNeese's OC to a positions coach. Now he's listed as Quality Control, Offense on Oakland's website. I'm sure he'll be out of there pretty soon though. I don't even know what his job as Quality Control would be.

What is JJ's dad's resume as a coach and how has he done as a secondary coach so far?
Is he actually a talented coach who would be considered for an SEC postion without his son being a 5* recruit?
