Can't remember the radio station, so can't find the interview on the net. But believe me it's true, people wouldn't stop talking about his prediction.
I did find this though. Not a confirmation, but someone else heard it:

I admire your persistence, but I don't see anything about a silent commit.

Besides, once Bama announces the loss of Steele, Bama will have its own DC issues to take care of
1. The KS to Clemson move has been known for a few days now.
2. KS was expected to be leaving anyway this year. He has not been out on the recruiting trail b/c of this.
3. KS is not the DC. We all know Saban is but the title of DC belongs to Kirby Smart
4. The loss of KS will not affect JJ at all, and will most likely happen is another LB coach will be hired.

saban is a great recruiter and a good coach. He's been out coached, he's made mistakes, had good teams and underachieving teams like a bunch of other coaches.
yet, we have people come on here and act like l.s.u. can't live without him.
l.s.u. and the miami dolphins has done just fine w/o him. Michigan st is back in the capital one bowl without him.

Link or not, it is true. He said RR is a silent to Bama.
JTLYN I'm not a LSU fan.

Big enough that he went from having playcalling duties on 07 to having none in 08, so yeah, that would be a big difference IMHO. He has been "phased out" as the year has progressed, for lack of a better term.

I believe Chavis is going to be in tonight for a visit with JJ also. I expect Cooper to be in his house pretty soon too. Hes not going anywhere, I'm sure Chavis/Miles will give him a shot at Safety if that is what he really wants.

I'm going to steal all of the food that you left on the table at the restaurant last night because you were full and just didn't really need it any more.
Had this been worded such that one could understand it out of context, you, my friend, would have made my sig quote.
Excellent work, my good friend
That shite was mother fricking funny!

Some of you guys have no idea how this works. Just because a player commits to a school does not mean they are off-limits in terms of other coaches talking to them. While it may be harder to sway a kid that is firmly committed, it is not impossible.
Thanks, Det. Holmes. I'm pretty sure that's why everyone's worried.
Appreciate the tutorial, though...FWIW

AJ hasn't even taken a snap under center for Alabama and people on this board are writing him off
that should be all you need to know about the accuracy and reliability of this board
You know what's even lamer than the retards on this board?
The people who spend plenty of their valuable time on this board only to degrade it. If it's so worthless, the GTFO and quit bitching up a storm.

so you expect Saban to just stop recruiting in La, he knows what a hotbed the state is and he will never stop doing that.

I'll second this, if it means anything to you.
I'm sure it doesn't, but IDGAF.

Maybe he is a silent commit? I guess will find out in a month.

Dude come on haha. Surely you knew I was not including you when I said "Some of you guys..."
I am just already tired of people flipping out when Saban steps foot in this state to talk to a big time recruit who is already an LSU commit. And just because he goes to the kid's school does not mean that there is anymore than about a 1% chance that he will sway him. Hell, maybe it's worse; maybe it's a 10% chance if he is extraordinarily convincing. Still like our chances. And Nick is doing what many other good coaches do. Try to pull off a semi-miracle. And when the athlete is as good as JJ, a coach like Saban apparently feels it is worth the lopsided gamble of time.

I guess I should call saban and tell him to give up then.
