Not likely. They pressed him to visit and he chose to go to MSU instead. We lose sometimes. In fact more than we win so its no big deal. We bring in kids every year that we know aren't coming to LSU. Have to try.

Hey if all these other schools get to pretend like they turn away every recruit who goes elsewhere, why not us? Peters wasn't good enough/was a grade risk/overrated/class too full. Think I got everything accounted for

He is ust like 2013 class version of Robert Knimdiche.. I don't think he was ever coming to LSU and just wanted the added attention. Played in state title at Davis Wade and he loved it. Friends are recruits going to state. Mullen went to 1 or 2 of his games and he played even harder with him there. Playing time is a big deal I'm sure too. He can play early at state but doubtful he would at LSU. He is still raw in coverage. Especially man to man. Mom wants him in-state and he is the type to want to stay in state and "do it big for my state." Leo Lewis was and still obviously is more of a possibility than Jamal.

Oh and I wouldn't be surprised if he played offense at state. I know they have talked about it but we will see.
