I met Jai Sr. at a MS casino a couple years ago. I was sitting at the bar alone watching an LSU game and some fit black dude sits at the table next to me also alone. We were talking LSU for a while before a couple of his comments made it occur to me that he was a former player. Cool dude for sure. Hopefully his son keeps the legacy going.

Don’t be surprised. This thread is basically shitting on one of our own, a great Tiger, just because he didn’t live up to rankings we constantly question. Not every kid will be All-American, but far less to me is a player walking from our program without giving his all. Jai’s heart was never questioned. He stuck with it and supported and should be commended for it. And he was still a talent even if not elite.
