With the expansion to 105 scholarship players and unlimited signees, I mean yeh. You offer the brother to help lock down the 5 star.

Either way, he's a high 3 star, LA kid at a position of need that could easily move up to a 4 star prospect with a solid SR season. Having a 5 star younger brother definitely helps though.
