Not even close...walker is more mobile/athletic. I say that hesitantly. Because Jamie had a MLB arm...and was so darn good at qb.
But Walker, at qb, has that little extra "it" that IMO makes him better qb than Jamie at this point

His dad was before my time but looking at old stuff Walker seems more athletic to me. He's definitely better than Arch Manning. To be fair, he has 1 year growth on him but I honestly think Howard's ceiling is higher. He has all the physical athletic tools you need to be a championship QB. Arch, imo, is overrated. That doesn't mean he shouldn't be a 5* because he should, it's just that I believe his main hype revolves around his family and not his actual ceiling/ability himself. He'll be a good QB somewhere but he'll never sniff Eli/Peyton's career in NCAA/NFL. Howard will have the better college career when it's all said and done. He's simply more gifted than Arch with a lot more potential. He has way more physical gifts you can't coach and you could argue his ceiling is higher because of it. I'm not sure how much ceiling Arch has left considering all the tools he has already working in his favor.

If how he performed along with Bech and his team against a very good DelaSalle team to win the state championship is any indication, great things are ahead for the program.
