A couple of their recruiting classes probably should've been rated that high in retrospect.
They either have incredible talent evaluators that are money-balling college recruiting or incredible coaches that develop that talent, or maybe a combination of the two.

It’s amazing how well they recruit when you look at their stadium for one. If you compared to SEC stadiums it wouldn’t even be in the top 8

Some of those talented Juniors stayed their Senior year to beat Alabama. They had a good bit of Seniors in the trenches...
