I’d be shocked if Scott hasn’t sent an email to all of the businesses within 1000 miles of baton rouge

It seems like we are behind. All I read about are the programs at UT and A&M. If Woody has anything, he should let the base know about it. This doesn't need to be kept secret!

Holy cow people are clueless. The business NIL deals are just a front for pay to play free agency. Teams are paying $1 million for players. Texas A&M payed 300k for a wr this cycle.

Let me clearly define this for people.

Business owners are the people paying for the coaches as well as the player NIL deals.

No

Man, LSU fans getting thrown NIL & transfer portal in back to back years is going to be terrible & confusing for this board.

So you think we’re positioned to compete with Bama, Texas, and Ohio State regarding NIL right now? We may be. I don’t know, that’s why I asked the question.

This is an absolute ridiculous take

Well, it was a question, not a “take.”

Not directly. But if you don’t think the TAF dudes who just dropped millions on the coaches aren’t the same business owners who will be expected to contribute to NIL, then you’re too stupid to continue with.

Exactly. None of these businesses are looking for typical ROIs. The returns on their investments are getting the best players to keep their schools winning big.
