I've lived in WM most of my life and can honestly say that I've never seen anything that you've talked about in this thread. Then again, I'm not black so I'm sure everyone was nice to me due to my skin color. Oh wait...I'm not white either. What does that mean?
The truth is there are rednecks in every village, town, or city in the South. Also, Bawcomville, Luna, Cadeville, and Calhoun are NOT West Monroe. That is where 99% of the people that YOU have a problem with live.

OCS would be your best bet. The kid would get a great eduaction and they have put out some good players over the years. As much as I hate to say it that's where I would send my kid if I was moving up here.

I was 17 as well when I graduated. Now with holdbacks and starting school at an older age many kids will graduate at 19. I have a kid at one of the WM feeders schools, and even though he did not hold back, he will graduate at 18.

WM for sure. It is a great community. My cousin moved there recently. He and his wife are both employed by the school and they just rave about everything. They say the strength and support of the community along with the school itself is what makes WM great.
