Valid point. I'm not sure Alfano was a great example, because he obviously has mental issues. But your point about conditional, and I'll add the word committable also, offers is a good one. Having said that, I still think that is a minority of the situations. Also, when you see a lack of P5 offers, that is a warning flag right there. Or when you see everybody offering the guy, hard to believe all of those are fictional.
