HOW ABOUT, DON'T get CAUGHT ON VIDEO PUTTING YOUR DICK IN THE MOUTH OF A 14 Y/O KNOWING THAT IT IS AGAINST THE LAW. THEY ARE ALL TAUGHT THAT IN SCHOOL!
Why is "get" not in CAPS is it not special as well?

uhhhhh Did you read the newspapers?
it is ORAL SEXUAL BATTERY. Even if she was willing, it is still force since she is a minor...

Contrary to what all of the psychologist on here have stated over the past few weeks, there are REASONS why the law is written specifying certain ages.
there is a reason all laws are written. Not all of them are good.

Ask yourself this, if you were being butt fricked by an 18 y/o boy or was forced to suck his dick and you were 14, then how would you feel?
if she was forced, its a crime and he should be punished, even if they were both adults. I stated that above.
quote:
YOU DO NOT KNOW THE FACTS OF THIS CASE. Neither do I. Let the criminal justice system do its job.
I never said i know the facts of the case and prefenced it by using the word if a couple of times. That i don't know the facts of the case, does not mean I can't critize a law that may be unjust in my view.
I state again, if she was forced, they should be prosecuted. If she did it voluntarially, we will waste a lot of time and money to ruin 2 young men's lives for no reason than they did something that offends some people. It won't make kids safer.

A 14 year old HS freshman is not the same as a 10 year old girl.
So you have a right to distinguish on the basis of age, but society doesn't? I'm "self-righteous" for agreeing with most of society that a 14 year old girl is too young, but you're not self-righteous because you draw the line a little younger?
quote:
18 y/old and 14 y/old having sex is not the same as a 38 y/old man molesting a 10 y/old girl. ... Cases need to be judged on a case by case basis.
I agree that the facts of every case have to be considered. But this goes more to the issue of punishment, not guilt. If they had sexual relations with a 14 year old girl, they are guilty. What punishment is appropriate will depend on all the circumstances surrounding it. I'm not saying they should necessarily go to jail. Maybe there are mitigating circumstances. But that's no excuse for the many on this board who think that they shouldn't even be charged and seem to defend the "right" of 18 year old boys to use 14 year old girls for sex, if they can get it.

AGAIN, you are a little bitch...When you GROW UP Get Married and have 4 kids like I have, 2 are damn near as old as you, then come talk to me. As the late George Carlin said When you turn 30, you find out how smart your parents were.... Get back to me when you actually grow up.

These 2 men knew it was wrong, being forced or not. That is the answer.
As I stated, the ages aren't arbitrary. it is based on a young persons ability to make decisions. At 18 you are suppose to know better. In fact isn't he a year behind in school and nearly 19.

Well, yes many (me included) would say you are a bad person... but in J. Hill's case he and another boy forced the girl to go down on him/them.
As a father of a now 14 year old girl.... if a HS senior forced himself on her or into an "oral battery" situation... the LAW would be the least of that that dude's issues... b/c the sherrif's office would get to deal with this kid AFTER I was finished with him... and "simple battery" probably wouldn't describe what I'd probably do to him.... call me whatever... but TX law is pretty liberal on use of force on my propery... so the POS better not step on my lawn or he may not leave in one piece.
You gonna beat your child when you find out she was lying and that she offered him the BJ?

I agree with one caveat. When does the age difference between a 14 y/o and a man become too big?
23? 24? 27? 28?
NO ONE CAN STATE THAT! Why because those on here are putting this on the 14 y/o girl. Throwing the blame on her because "surely" she is a whore and lured them into the locker room....
They have made it about her instated of seeing it for what it was. 2 Men, one of which should have been done with HS, lured a 14 y/o into committing a crime.

How about a 19 y/o that has graduated from the sema HS is visiting campus like they do and stumbled into this shite... Would that be okay? What if he was already playing for LSU? Would that make it any different?
YOUTH and STUPIDITY is a bitch!

Numerous people (and kids from the school) have reported it.

I'm in favor of looking at the circumstances instead of declaring someone guilty of a severe crime over age alone. These types of crimes are infrequent enough to be handled as such, I'd imagine.
Anyone who thinks this kid deserves time over this situation (again, provided that no force was used) is out of touch with reality.

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Infrequent enough? Go do some research on this...Why do you think they passed the law in the first place? You can thank Bill Clinton for that.. He was able to stick his dick in the mouth of an intern and say he didn't have sex. In the past these cases were carnal knowledge, much like fondling becaue they couldn't charge with Statutory rape as intercourse was not involved. So they decided that something ebtween carnal knowledge and statutory rape was needed AND it had to have teeth. So go read what it means in La.

carnal knowledge still exists, fwiw, last I checked at least. But again, you don't address points. Senility

In reality.. they need to keep freshman away from seniors. Stick em with the 8th graders, or you're just asking for trouble due to backwards arse laws.

GTFO.
Law states in PAB terms
You 18 you have girl <17 suck your dick, you commit a crime. You go to jail. If you pay girl to suck your dick and she shows you id and it says she >18 and you allow and get caught, you get probation (see Lawrence Taylor case)
The people who write these laws really do not GIVE a frick what punk arse bitches on TD have to say about it.

Because that's what they have to do to defend the indefensible. Every accused rapist defends himself by either denying that he's the guy who did it or by admitting that he had sex with her but "she wanted it". Sometimes they may be telling the truth, but usually it is just a way to put the blame on the victim.
A lot of posters on this board have proudly recounted their own sexual exploits with high school freshmen girls. They have a vested interest in defending their own actions. If Jeremy Hill was wrong to do what he did, they would have to admit that they were wrong to do what they did. In short, these posters see themselves in Jeremy Hill. It's no wonder they want to defend him.
