I hope Gunner comes to his senses before choosing Vandy. It's more of his loss than LSU's loss. LSU can still win championships with lesser QB's but Vandy will always struggle to get anything better than the Liberty Bowl no matter the talent under center.

He needs to know how bad Cutler was beat up in college because the Vandy OL couldn't block teams like Georgia, Florida etc.

Not sure if he was highly recruited or had a big offer list. I do know he's from Indiana and played QB/Safety in HS. At least that will tell you Indiana can produce QB's.

Cutler wasn't highly recruited. He was from the Chicago area and only got an offer after sending in video of some of his highlights. Vandy got pretty lucky with him, and he got pretty unlucky because LSU just brutalized him when they played Vandy
