Peyton went to Tennessee because of Cutcliffe. Eli went to Ole Miss because of Cutcliffe.

I was looking at his highlights on YouTube. I don't follow recruiting much but the level of his competition was ridiculously easy. 6'0 defensive lineman and WR's with 8" on the secondary.
I can see he has potential but I think he's overrated right now.
That said, I hope we get him and he proves me wrong!!

I hope a Gunner comes to LSU. It will be a very productive experience to watch and enjoy. Combinning his talent with our coaching staff, players and the SEC level of competition will be a win/win for all involved!

I've compared Kiel to other qbs avalable to us and he's the best of the group as a pure qb but in all honesty that's not saying much since Alford and Liggins are more athlete than pure qbs right now. I like Alford a lot but have more faith in Kiel to be successful than Alford at QB.
All that said there are at least 4 qbs in the class I'd rather have than Kiel but they aren't available to us so bring on Kiel.

Some people must not understand what they are looking at. He throws the reciever open before the breaks. I did not see 1 reciever stop or Slow down to get the ball.
