Correct. These are official releases from LSU after all the paperwork is done.

Even though I am sure Kelly himself did not write it, it is somewhat refreshing to see a thoughtful statement about each player rather than "Hold That Tiger!!!!" each time a guy signs/commits. It is a very little detail, but indicative of a real professional in charge vs. a cartoon character
