Yeah I imagine it is…that’s why it will change. I bet you are impossible to work with and innovation eludes your stubborn headstrong tendencies. But congratulations on being booksmart…or whatever you are.

NIL is too difficult to regulate across the board due to each state having slightly different language in their state law pertaining to NIL. States are constantly changing the laws to benefit their in state universities especially the states where alumni have more funds to contribute.

The upcoming revenue sharing will be more regulated & the same across the board but NIL will still be there. There's no way to put the NIL toothpaste back in the tube.

You are in this thread vouching for something that is illegal & will not change. NIL deals are not & cannot be paid directly through any university yet NIL departments work directly with players to secure deals with local entities & national brands. The earnings come from those entities & brands, not the universities themselves.

You should look in the mirror.

No where in the real world does exchange of money happen like this.

The athletes have obligations to perform based on the employer's requirements. Lol @ you for thinking that players get lump sum direct deposits into their accounts & all they have to do is show up to play football.

Change will come. It’s the Wild West right now…I understand how it’s working. At some point it will all shake out and hopefully be a win win.

But congratulations on being such a brilliant poster. If instead of coming across smug, you came at this with a mindset talking about obstacles to making this happen you’d be more appreciated.

Dude everyone knows how this works…do a commercial for Gordon, do a campaign for Cane’s. Sign autos on this date….but there will be ways to regulate this over time.

Professional leagues can't even regulate players in their NIL endeavors yet you expect it be done on a collegiate level.

Pro sports can implement salary caps on income for the leagues under revenue sharing & the language of the revenue sharing is collectively bargained between a player's union & league owners. How you can't see the differences between these two are mind blowing. Yet here you are screaming for change but can't even see the differences involved.

Once again….your untouchable genius is astounding. I’m not sure how you don’t realize we all get it…and it will change.

Congress will get involved. The laws will evolve and the way things are done will change.

The Supreme Court got involved. That's why NIL is even a thing.

The laws will evolve

Except for the fact NIL is regulated on a state level & not a federal level nor should it be.

Keep believing this. There's no way to regulate athletes & businesses doing business on an open market. You can't seem to get that through your thick skull.

You seem mad bro. I’m sure whatever is bothering you will work out. Start a little fire tonight and drink a little bourbon. If that isn’t good for you I hope you get the release you need.

Im guessing we both want the same thing….for College Football to be Great. I’m sure LSU will continue to be a force.

I understand everything you are saying. I’m also sure that lawmakers will get involved because people vote based off what they are passionate about…and this matters.

In terms of revenue sharing, that's already in the works & will be implemented in the spring. In terms of NIL, keep holding your breath waiting for regulation. You will die.

At this point you are only responding so you can have last word. We get it, endorsement contracts are different than other contracts. Thanks for pointing that out repeatedly.

Go get the help you need.

Exactly

The contracts are with business entities & not the universities themselves. The businesses place clauses to where the contracts have to be renewed monthly. These current NIL contracts are NOT yearly contracts despite what many of you believe. When players get in the portal in the current state, all local NIL contracts become null & void or simply aren't renewed.

I’m not trying to. You however are…and all you keep doing is repeating the same thing.

As much fun as I’m having with you, I have life to live so keep on keeping on.
