Would immediately go to court and it would be an easy decision. The NCAA would have a better chance at limiting scholarship players. Some sports the NCAA has wouldn't operate at all if it weren't for walk-ons.

Scholarship numbers don’t matter until the fall. They can all be walk-ons for now…or all on scholarship…and they’ll figure out the 85 just like we will

I was wondering what kids that are instate would take a preferred walk on spot, but have NIL deal to supplement the cost of college.

If a kid has TOPS and NIL then it's not a bad deal.
