If Fournette will only be on campus through Monday it wouldn't surprise me to see him catch the last couple of days of the Alabama camp.

He has told several insiders from different sites the same thing... He will be at LSU the next couple of days, and he is not going to Bama's camp.

Off topic, but one thing I did find interesting is that Hottie Jones did not come to the June camp & he's not coming to the July camp. He went to Bama's June camp & is returning to their July camp as well.

From what I understand, the main reason Jones is starting to lean a bit towards Bama is that he is tired of LSU fans calling him "Hottie".

Could Leonard be at a funeral in Alabama?

I was referring to the Luther Davis saga. The mixed reports from different sites reminded me about his recruitment.

Might be we are the favorites for the top safety, and corner, next year. Defensive backfield won't be weak, next year, even if Hootie(sorry)bolts.

Hootie is a freak athlete. Not a must-get because of brown and Paris, but damn, you want him just as bad.

This previous tweet made me laugh. How many offers is that from Wake Forest now?

I agree, but Bama will have hooks in Louisiana like never before, next year. Get ready for alot of negative recruiting, and tricks. We will have to look OOS more with their tactics. Not a problem with D-backs, though, as next year will be the year of the D-backs.

"Hootie" Jones just appears to be "that guy". The one in high school that tries to be different and hate on the "norm".

Pure speculative, but that's my opinion.

Alabama isn't getting Fournette, they aren't getting Robinson.

Alabama has a shot at 1 player in the top 10 this season. I say we are doing pretty damn well if Hootie Jones is our biggest fear.

Thats exactly what Bama tells them... But they will be after 4-5 La guys with this same line, next year.

Hootie Jones is a major prospect.
Don't downplay the significance.
Saban seems to recruit extremely well in NE La., except for West Monroe.
Why is that?
DeCarlos Holmes is gone from Bastrop (he's now at St. Aug.)

I agree him attending both Bama camps and not LSu is troubling but as recent as January most of this board thought Diarse was Bama bound. If momma is as big a factor as the word says then we'll be okay. Rasco was a guy that flirted hard with Texas and FSu but all along we were told momma was a major factor and in LSU's favor. That held. Sometimes moms are good for us, sometimes they're bad and sometimes that make no difference. We'll see where this goes.
