It's hard to read what I copied and pasted but the link is easier.

Trey Quinn will be our Sunday starter next year

Louisiana is impressive in a lot of sports . Something to be proud of .

Trey is the Bo Jackson of high school or junior high. Throws a no hitter in the Little League World Series then breaks the national high school record for receiving. Pretty impressive resume.

I still can't understand why LSU let Fontenot get away. Kid is such an athlete and a great competitor!

Just a few years ago he was a baseball prospect. Several MLB teams still inquiring about him despite not playing the past two years. It will be interesting to see if he ever plays on a college diamond, as I too believe he is focused on football now. He would be a "free" player for Coach Maneiri.
Kennon is a gamer, I think LSU was just full at middle infield. He will do great things at OSU.

You gotta think If he makes it to campus he wants to play so LSU isn't the place with Bregs and whoever wins out of hale an Robertson being here for his freshman and possibly sophomore year. Now way he wants to sit for two years not seeing enough PT

And Taylor Butler isnt even on the team anymore

Wade went to Bama. Would have committed to LSU if he was offered.

Johnny Thibodeaux and Chad Cooley were both great Tigers and Barbe alumni.

Not hating on article from OP & props to Barbe, but you do know that they traditionally have a significant number of kids that are held back purposely for sports.
Not sure of the current LSU team, but teams past used to joke about it often....to the point of calling it "Barbe Junior College."

You do know that statement is retarded when this group of kids has been dominating at baseball for the past 6/7 years .
Posted on 2/22/14 at 1:02 pm to Westlakeguy10
I can catch a nut to that.

Again, not hating on the program or this team's talent.

Ok so for the ,at least, last 10 years this has not been the case because it has been a steady flow of LLWS " south lake charles " team members putting on the uniform.

I'm just curious, who was held back for athletics at a Barbe? If you're going to make that statement surely you have backup.
