Why would we donate $ if it isn't gonna be spent on the type of prospects those donating demand? I'd rather my money go towards McKinley than Breaux. We could have billions like TAM but if we are too cheap to spend it what good is it? Our HC is one of the bigger advocates for NIL regulation(no harm in that). I can think of one glaring reason why. We can't compete if it's not. It's showing in our recruiting. Or the alternative, we just have an overrated recruiting staff led by Frank Wilson. Either way our lowly donations aren't gonna change the result.

Well for one the overrated recruiting staff seems a little far fetched for the reason that it doesn’t matter how good of a recruiter you are nowadays, if they don’t pony up the money then these big recruits will not come no matter how good the recruiters pitch is.
