Mason Smith, Mike Denbrock, and Sherman Wilson all follow him, not sure when they started following though.

Lets not turn him into Mitch Joseph now

Goal should not be to turn TEs into Les Miles unathletic blockers. Not a single TE on ND's roster this year was over 252.

He has the frame and athleticism for it. Not all 6'4" guys are built the same. He currently looks like a big WR/TE hybrid. 20 lbs would be great for this guy IMO if he was to be used how Brian Kelly likes to use TEs (they have to block and take punishment over the middle).

Duuuuuddddeeee!!! Would be a huge get! Saw a highlight of him breaking every tackle imaginable for a 50 yd TD off a swing pass in a USC practice. Guy looked like a RB at 6’4” 240. Sorry can’t find a link…

It's not any kind of premium content that someone enters the transfer portal.

Bech is not a TE; he is a WR.His being put there shows just how bad O's talent evaluation was. Cole Taylor is absolutely terrible. The former Mandeville QB is worlds better.

Trigg would be a huge get.

That would help the offense take the next step.

Should've pushed harder for trigg out of high school.

Need him badly. Tight end is a huge part of Kelly's offense.

this.

And, at least with his ND offense, we're talking more traditional TEs and less a "tweener" TE role/build/skillset.

Even with the Cinn offense (that CBK ran, not Denbrock's) it is still a need.

All signs point to CBK's ND offense with Denbrock. So I'm doubling down on what you stated.
