Expectations for Feb 4 signing day?

We have 14 elite players signed as of now, I’m assuming that number holds or maybe we add a surprise late today to get to 15.
Transfer portal in Jan is anyone’s guess but we expect to be very active there.
Do we sign a few more HS kids on Feb 4, or are we done with 2026 HS recruits after today?

I’m not even sure who’s still available. All of our commits signed with us or flipped and signed with someone else correct? I’d be interested to see a list.

Only HS kids who have any rumblings at all for possibly LSU is Dylan Berymon right now.
I’m sure we could pop up late for another guy or 2, but honestly I’d be okay if we stood pat as is.
If Lane wants Berymon and another guy, go for it.
I imagine we will finish with probably 14, and no more than 15-16.

Hope we take flyer on under the radar Louisiana kids and see what happens at RB and LB. Maybe a young athletic Qb too.

I’m sure they will look around for value depth in some spots like RB and OL, but I think this new staff will be picky.
