Evans will no longer announce his decision tonight, per @CraigHaubert.
The link you provided gave the first concrete evidence that he has signed with someone. The way we are looking at other RB's tells me it is not us. I felt that way all along but until now we had not seen any proof that he has signed.
I am still not sure it is accurate though because the article says to be an early entry you have to sign LOI in December. That never was the case before the ENSD so I dont know if the rules have changed or not. Before EE's just showed up and signed Financial Aid papers and they were bound when they showed up and enrolled.

It's definitely not us, it's been pretty well-known that it's UGA. He dropped a "hint" the other day saying the school he signed with had a RB play in the Superbowl as a rookie (Sony Michel) and mentioned that "one of the schools" is in the city where his grandma lives, which is Baton Rouge. So, there's that

He can sign FA papers without a LOI; when he enrolls the recruitment is over and he's a 'player' (NCAA rules for transfer, etc. are then in effect).

That fact destroys all the babble that has been going on for days. Where ever he enrolls, without an LOI, the recruiting is over.
If sitting in front of the TV watching the National Championship game is satisfactory, Georgia is the place he should be.

If only we had someone on the board that VOLunteered all of the information he knew and kept us up to speed on things like this.

Saw it on the USC 247 site. Took them a long time and shitload of testing to figure it out. All they kept saying was mysterious illness up until the past few weeks. Not 100% positive it's an absolute but the guys over there seemed pretty sure

I'd much rather Gibbs; he's talented AND intelligent!

I get the feeling he won’t be a locker room favorite wherever he goes.
