frick that pussy arse mentality. Im so tired of hearing this shite from our pussy arse fan base. If a loophole is clearly being exploited by Bama and it's out there, then shame the frick on us for not playing ball.

how many Athletic Directors are comfortable with a shadow staff when the NCAA hasn't really addressed it? Legally it might be ok, but does that make it right? 11 coaches is the limit for a reason... Saban now has 39 freaking coaches?
I agree. While it's technically legal under NCAA rules, hiring 39 coaches/analysts/shadow staff is clearly against the spirit of sportsmanship and competition on a level field. And where will it end as the arms race keeps up, 100, 200? It's getting to the point of ridiculousness. The NCAA should issue guidelines on a cap to the size of a coaching staff/analysts/shadow staff. Otherwise, the rich will continue to get richer and the majority of the other programs will be left far behind. And college football will get even less interesting and more predictable, with the same programs winning the championship every year. The NCAA eventually placed a hard cap on scholarships a football program can have after teams like Alabama used loopholes for years to hog the best recruits. I do not see why it couldn't issue a rule capping the number of coaches/analysts/shadow staff a program can have. And then, if a program is found out to be in violation of the rule, punish it the same way in which recruiting violations are punished (or should be punished).

Exactly, that's nearly a 1 to 2 coaches/player ratio. Ridiculous

Alabama has more money
Recruiting would be easier for them if they could just pay players.
