Sounds like a legitimate comment to me

So a few more hours on Hootie and Cam would have done the trick right?

So we shouldn't expect you guys around here if he chooses LSU?

Who knows.... doubtful, but what makes you think it stops at Hootie and Cam? Last year it was Denzell Devall and Landon Collins, this year Hootie and Cam.... that's 4 - 5 Star guys inside the state. I'm just saying, those are a lot better odds than chasing Adoree, Priest Willis, or any other hot-shot west coast DB who wants the "honor" of being recruited by DBU.

Bookmark my post, Adoree isn't coming to LSU.

As someone pointed out to me, Devall was never a player for us. Always wanted to play for Bama and in a 3-4.

He said that he enjoyed the out of state atmosphere. Has to be talking about LSU right?

He was never a player for us because Chief wouldn't recruit him play DE.

Then your argument still doesn't apply.

no need to get so worked up

sorry man, it's not a Hootie thing. LSU just doesn't recruit well out west. Aside from Rettig last year we've had literally NO SUCCESS pulling west coast recruits. Getting those west coast top notch DB's away from USC, UCLA and ASU is no easy task and in the end, they like the idea of DBU but can't leave the WC.

Which doesn't matter because he's only been out there for 2 or 3 years. He's from St. Louis area and moved out there during high school.

Cliff notes please. Video not working for me

Basically thought Sark was a good hire / good coach for USC. Would help with a lot of players (playmakers) - open up USC recruiting with certain players. Said his relationship with Sark was nice, but they didn't talk much. Didn't affect his own recruitment much because he knows what he needs as a player - depends on what's beneficial/best for him

Atmosphere really stood out on OOS visits he had.
Didn't mentioned LSU specifically.

Coach O's situation wouldn't affect his recruitment. This was before O left.

Wants to know how various schools affect his lifestyle, how they benefit him, etc.

Will see what Sark has to offer, what his views are, but never really seem all that worked up about the Sark hire.

Goldrush uses "jazzed" and "fresh prince" in same post.

Really? Cause I think it would matter if he'd lived in Louisiana for the last 2-3 years.

I'm just sayin'... it might happen, but don't hold your breath on this one, it's still a long shot.

I'm really wondering why some people think we are a "pipe dreams" to land this kid? His narrowed down options aren't very appealing really. He sounded extremely average about USC and didn't even know Coach O was leaving yet...nobody wants to go to Florida right now. We have a legit shot and I think it's crazy if people don't see that.

Nevermind he has only taken one official visit so far. To LSU. And a future Tiger hung out with him the entire time.

This isn't the place for pro-LSU posts man. All is lost on the Adoree front.

Jazzed must've been a Freudian slip or something. I love that show.
