Just an update on Elijah McGuire from Vandebilt. I know LSU was recruiting him as a CB a while back. I'm not sure if they still are though.

Well anyway, he rushed for 381 yards against St. Charles tonight and scored 4 touchdowns. Vandebilt won the game 36-33. He's a special athlete and is just on another level than all the guys he plays against. I hope LSU keeps an eye on him.

He got revenge on the comets from last season, in the game last season SCC knocked him out for the year if you remember in the 2nd game of the season he never came back to play. Tonight I read the TP article, he went for for 378 on 30 Att and 5 tds, also threw for 70yds on 6-9 passing, I heard SCC had him bunched up all game but tried to tackle him to high and with McGuire he is to strong to get out of those tackles.

I really don't understand how this kid is not getting more attention. I wonder if some schools are unaware he skipped his jr. year.

He only played in like 2-3 games last year. That's why not too much hype. Also I think has made some comments that he is more into basketball than football and would rather play that in college. Man if he did that to St Charles I am very impressed. St. Charles is a really good team.

What did he do vs ED White. I know they beat Vandebilt.

He did it against SCC, but lets be honest SCC is really down this season compared to last losing 26 seniors off of last season, still a huge night though not taking anything away from the kid. He plays the way he is capable of and continues this success, he might be a hell of a basketball player but the offers for football will come flying.

While scc may have lost some talent, the whole stadium knows where the ball is going. Much less, he plays out of position. I think the poster above speaking of basketball is on the right track.
