You are right. Like I said, I assume he knows what's going on. LSU is a much better program than A&M, it's his home state college, and we badly needs LBs. I would think he knows he has a fantastic opportunity to reach his dreams at LSU, but who knows.

Divinity and Harris want to play together at LSU.
Harris is a current Arkansas commit. To keep Harris, Arkansas offers teammate Baham who decommits from Missouri.
To counter, Divinity decommits in hope of an offer for Harris from LSU.

We had offered Baham way back before he committed to Mizzou. We were recruiting him as a RB. Strangely enough, it does look like we're going to end up with him in the end. Although, I highly, highly doubt it's enough to keep Harris if LSU ever offers.

He may still select LSU. A lot can happen between now and Jan. 5th, but I will say this, I think that if Beckwith stays, that does limit LB positions if we continue with the 4-3. Just remember we also may be in line to receive commits from other bigger LB's.
Remember Chavis is this the one who like's smaller faster LB's. I agree we need some smaller faster LB's, but in a 3-4 we need bigger boys who can run just as fast. I
Like someone said we want guys who Love LSU, and I would like that to be guys from the "L", but honestly right now LSU is pulling guys from Texas all the time and players all around the world finally have options beside playing at home.
He may just want to commit in front of all his friends and family. And maybe he want's to see how the bowls shake out...
