If no coach announced by the early signing period, Which recruits hold out and wait for February to sign?

I am now interested in if Kiffin commits to LSU before ESD does that bring Tristan Keys and Blaine Bradford back into play.
It has been mentioned many times that now these recruits can get NIL in HS but if they flip that money has to be returned...

I don’t think we lose many commits but as far as having to pay back nil won’t be a problem,their new team will pay that.
