I think it's great with all the unique names we have on this team and we are recruiting a Hawaiian named Scott

How do you pronounce his last name?

This kid is a must get. To be honest, I would be really surprised to see him end up here, but I sure as hell hope he does. Man I love the way the DL class is looking. I wish we could end with someone like Manning or Adams or Nkemdiche but that is asking too much lol

Yep, Pagano would be a big get considering he's islander and we already have one on the roster. Maybe we can get some guys from the west to LSU

On the 247 site he is wearing a USC hoodie.

LSU is 4130 miles from home while USC is only 2550 miles from home.

Why is that with the DE's we are recruiting? I would think he would be well down the list and about 5 or 6 others would be "must gets" before we get to him.

Serious question. Which ones LSU has offered you would place him above?

EDITED: Diregard. I thought he was a DE rather than DT.

As a true DT, I would place him above Crayton. I think Herron could become a DT in our weight lifting program. I also think Adams and Manning, Nkemdiche, etc. are long shots so yes, this guy, IMO, is a must get. He is a beast. We need fast, athletic DT's

So much for the 5 star system. This kid has an offer from every major school yet he's a 3 star and 4 star on the sites. What gives. I have full faith in all of lsu's staff on recruiting.

Its May, before most camps, visits, etc. Plus, he lives in Hawaii. Some guys will move up the rankings while others will move down...they are in flux.

I wonder who volunteered to take the 757 to Hawaii?

Beats taking the rented Ford Taurus to Grayson, Georgia.

Just saw Shea's tweet and headed over here. Just found out we picked up Ethan pocic. Great news. Especially this part.

Scott Pagano will continue to consider all the programs that have offered him but the Honolulu (Hawaii) Moanalua defensive tackle said LSU, Baylor, Clemson and Nebraska have emerged as four frontrunners.
