If you're a college football team, all the rules need to be the same for everyone. Under the current situation, teams are allowed to police the situation themselves, which only leads to controversy. College football is already one of the dirtiest sports around, so I guess the current setup fits in perfectly!

Something tells me there are ways around this , & I posted on here previously Mathieu failed 7 tests before he was suspended . Until an NCAA employee supervises the tests they are worthless. If these rules were strict there probably would be 50 man squads.
