I don’t have a 247 membership, so curious what this article entails.

Seems like our mods were all but certain a flip was imminent.

Just got a friend’s membership (shhh)

Next Brown was asked how he'd rate both Texas and LSU out of a 1-100 scale, to which he gave a response that contradicted his previous statements in this story.

"I'd put them both at one hundred."

Are these Texas writers serious?

Texas writers always say that they are getting everybody. They aren’t the most unbiased objective people. Never take what they say at face value.

They're serious in the sense that they seriously believe the bullshite they write.

But no, the rest of us do not take them serious.

He loved Texas and committed after visiting. He loved UF and word was a flip may be imminent. He loved Texas a 2nd time putting UF rumors to bed. He loved LSU and a flip was imminent. He loved Tennessee and maybe they lead now. He loves Texas a 3rd time. Throughout all of this the one thing that's remained stable is the public commitment to Texas. Last week Javion Hilson was asked about Brown and what he'd relayed about Texas. Hilson, with a big grin, "NIL".
Take that how you choose. Personally, the kid falls in love every visit and the last may get him signed. To the point, it's an NIL recruitment. Most have figured that out so we don't really put much stock in anything anyone says concerning Brown. When pen hits paper, maybe. Then again that doesn't even matter anymore. Wouldnt push my chips in expecting him in the class.
Push in on Zion Williams then fill in the rest. The board is solid. Jahkeem Stewart and the inevitability of his reclassification has to factor into the budget. Williams and Stewart are the prizes and big perception recruitments. We get money whipped with them and we better adjust our approach to recruiting and expectations. A barometer of where we stand in the big picture. Are we serious or not?

He’s covering all possible outcomes and not intentionally damaging relationships.

This kid is legit, his film is far better than the other two DL’s who’ve been in the recent conversations... All depends which program will invest more. There needs to be a salary cap pronto.
