Gooden,edwin,Raekwon,manauel, all have grade issues.

I did and that seems to be a legit concern. Won't do us any good if they can't make the grades, aka, "The Ghost" Valentine.

yes it's very concerning.

That's the reason why Gooden isn't in this class, otherwise he would've been a Tiger a long time ago. Just one of the many reasons Manuel fell off the board, but I think Edwin and Raekwon are just gonna be close calls

I hope so we need aleast 3 dt in this class

It's imperative we keep logan

Alexander has been a high major recruit since he was in 8th grade. If he doesn't qualify, it's an absolute failure by him, his coaches, his parents, and the school he went to.
This opportunity has been in front of him for far too long for it to still be in doubt.

After recent events with the NCAA and grades issues, we can probably assume that if it is a close call then we may have another "ghost" issue.

At least no doubt!

The article didn't mention Logan, did it? Is he in questions?

The poster is saying that it is imperative to keep Logan especially given the grade issues with the other recruits.

The grade issues have been known for a while now with these guys, especially Gooden. And it's not just grades with Manuel, that injury combined with the weight gain really set him back. Christmas-Giles is a better DL prospect than Manuel right now.

Logan does not have grade issues, but miami is putting the full court press on him though

+1 a million
Major recruits having "grade issues" is one thing I completely fricking do not understand.

How is it so hard to understand that some of these great athletes don't have the brain to conquer the classroom. Some don't dedicate themselves to the books and some just don't have it between the ears. The classroom isn't for everyone and that's ok.

It's not ok if they want to play college football.

Without knowing the individual... That's a strong assumption to make. So it's fair to say that the majority of the blame is on him. Too many variables to comment past that. I will say it's not the school. That you can be sure of.
