Demon Clowney > Chris Braswell

Watching highlights of this game between St Frances and Miami Central, I paid close attention to St. Frances' 2 DE, Demon Clowney an LSU commit and Chris Braswell a bama commit. Most plays Clowney was first in the backfield and first to the QB with Braswell second and sometimes not at all. I understand one is a WDE and the other a SDE, but if you want a stand-up DE or OLB (which ever term you chose to call them) on the line rushing the QB, Clowney is your man. Dude has a high motor, is very athletic and quick. Reminds me of Mingo. And Clowney can also take on a block and shed it. He needs a little weight, but he is clearly the better DE between the 2. At least in this game he was.

Didn’t just make it up. Word is he has some personal issues going on and hasn’t been returning the coaches texts/calls.

NOBODY thought he was coming to LSU. He never gave even the slightest indication that he was staying in state so you didn’t make some incredible prediction. Don’t get upset for getting downvoted for stating something obvious. Half the people that post here are mentally retarded anyway.

A lot of speculation mostly, but he hasn't been near as involved with the staff as he was early on. Not sure if its just because his season started and he's focusing on football or if there's something else going on. Have heard he's had an issue he's dealing with off the field that's personal, but nothing concrete so it's not even worth speculating right now. If it becomes something I hear for sure I'll pass it along.

See how much easier that would have been to include that info with your first post? Anyways, someone said the same thing about Clowney around 2-3 weeks ago and it was refuted if I recall correctly. Of course, either one of y’all could be right, we’ll just have to wait and see. Or maybe Vol knows something.

Good. Keep an eye on Ojulari and Webb. Ojulari has reached back out to the staff more recently with UT being a circus.
