They had a 3 year starter who was 6'8 250 lbs sr, also they had 6"4 pancake thomas who just signed with new mexico to go along with 2 sr guards and a jr guard. D. Jones and Jared Sams a 6'8 kid who is playing with La Select AAu team both came off the bench.

Since Martin, Jones and Bridgewater are all PF, might be tough to get them all. Would rather Jones and Martin. Jones can also play 5, Martin can also play 3.
Bridgewater needs to play TE

I don't disagree. Definitely more pro potential there.

But Bridgewater is really going to have to play 3 at the next level.

The question is, can he?
Taz was much more skilled than Bridgewater and he had trouble with it.

But Taz was far less athletic as well.

Looks like he'll be a good one. Good size, physical, and skilled. Bring him on home Johnny.

Nice video of the kid in action. Height, length and leaping ability. Although most of his baskets were dunks, he showed some good low-post moves in a couple of plays and seems to have a developing mid-range jumper. He just needs to keep developing his overall game and put on some muscle.
I noticed he's listed at 6-10 in that video. Hope we land him.

I just watched his game on ESPNU, he's skinny as hell and raw, but I'd take him. Jones was at the game fwiw

Anything new on his top 3 or top 5?

Martin?

I was referring to Jones but it can apply to Martin as well. I know Grant has watched them both these past couple days as Jones has as well I'm sure.

don't think there's been any update on either. I think the one LSU is most likely to "lose out" on is Bridgewater. I think Johnny is putting an emphasis on Martin and Jones especially. Kinda tough since Bridgewater is an LSU legacy but it is what it is

I definitely think both Martin and Jones will be better college players. I just read on twitter that we have an assistant at Jones's game right now. I bet LSU does too.
