We bid when we feel the kid is worth it. Womack got a bag, Ricks had one if he'd been patient.(got one anyway but he could've been where HE wanted to be). TAM was throwing money like confetti in Perkins class yet we got him so you'd think he got a monster bag as well. It's not about having money. It's about spending it well. Kelly has his strategy and we will see if it works. If not he will have to adjust or be shown the door.
Definitely wouldn't read too much into anything concerning Simmons until the last couple of days before signing. Gonna be a zoo.
