Thomas is listed as a 5 star tackle. then we have the kid from Michigan as a 4 star, and a local 3 star. 3 tackles, averaging 4 stars, which is great. only 1 guard, a 3 star.
still, if you watched the games you'll see how many teams have great Dlines. you can have the best skill players in the world but they have to have time and room to make plays.

He will definitely be a guard in college.

The issue is none of them are really projected to be blindside OTs in college. Thomas is a guard, and Bradford is projected as most likely a guard. Same for Perry, though there's thought he could play RT.

Yea, I think Kardell checked in at 350+ at the opening and I believe someone on 247 said Bradford was 370 this spring. If either guy is close to that size there is no chance of them playing the edge. Perry looks every bit of 320 already as well, so not sure if he’s playing the outside either.
A lot of NFL LT’s were <250 coming out of Hs and were projected as a TE or DE. Wouldn’t mind using a scholly every year on a project LT. These guys who are 320 coming out of Hs never end up playing tackle

Keep winning and we might be able to steal a great tackle from somebody.

damn, that's why I checked because I thought people were talking about kardell being a guard.
Tackles are hard to find.

Bama has a 5* and a high 4* committed for next year.
I think we just solved that recruiting mystery.

Kardell is a big boy and is the best high school guard in the country by a whole lot. He will definitely be a guard in college.
