Skinner has 2,153 rushing yards, the third largest in SW Louisiana history. He trails Cecil the diesel 2,194 yds and Micheal Ford 2,431 yds. He still has 2 games to go. He needs to be in purple and gold as his predicesors were. Those that have conections needs to get his name to the right people. I hear his family is not well of, so he has not been to any camps.

About the size of the school Ridley came from. Look at the kid from Montgomery, la. Stroud, the freshman quarterback at Mcneese that looked good against LSU.

I couldn't find anything on him on scout or rivals. Perhaps if you have a highlight tape it couldn't hurt to send it out to those services and even schools.

quote:

how are his grades
his grades are good and the kid is very humble. When he gets in the endzone he doesn't act like a fool, he gives the ball to the ref or he places it on the ground and heads back to the sideline. In other words he acts like being in the endzone isn't anything new to him. I hear several louisiana schools like McNeese, Northwestern, LaTech and so on, i even heard mention of Texas A&M. But I don't know if that's the gospel truth. The kid is very talented

He is and alright athelte i saw him play. I think the only reason he isnt getting more pub is because they didnt play anyone really who would give them a contest besides Basile and the refs cheated to help them win that one.

I went there a few times. It was great fun, but shite got WAY out of hand once. Laws don't apply where there is nobody to enforce them. Crazy riot!

Actually there 3 bad calls in that game that went in Oberlin's favor that cause basile to lose. The fumble recovery for basile that was blown dead was the turning point but with that said Oberlin totally out gain basile in total yardage Skinner went for 270+ and if Elton had not lost 3 fumbles in the red zone they would have beat Oberlin. Yet Skinner is talented if his team loses it will not be because he doesn't have talent remember he was the only backto gain a 100 yards rushing against South Plaquemine and don't quote but I think it was like only 12 or 13 carries.

Saw him play a couple times, his first 4 steps are as fast as anyone but, probably more of a mcneese, La. tech, NW type back. Fun to watch but it is against 1A kids. Wish him best of luck.
