Can anyone give insight on why we just offered D McKinley

on June 6th?(according to 247 anyway)The last to offer him from all his big offers? Serious question. Not trying to flame. Is it because he didn't camp with us yet, and the policy is not to offer until they see him in person? TIA

He camped at LSU last summer
