Anyone know why we aren't working this guy ? Bad as we need DT's, I'm not sure he couldn't help. Run-wrecker in the middle on a (small school) defense giving up 3 points/game. May go see him Sat in the Arkansas 2A championship game in Little Rock. Has the size, 6'2", 297. Plays for Junction City, AR but lives in Louisiana I understand.

I think the fact he shunned coming to LSU twice for evals in the summer the coaches gave up on him

he does. i do think (at least at one time) he would have strongly considered LSU...if not commited (if offered) on the spot according to the rival guys at the pig site. as the other poster stated, not showing at the camps for an eval obviously didn't help.
anyway, Miss St., Arky & i believe Auburn were in Magazine last week watching him play.

Malzahn's trying to pull him out of Arky and we got an OV in January. But I think it will be hard to get him to come to AU rather than Arky.
