This kid is a wall lol. He has a quick jump off the ball and his leverage is so low he's almost impossible to block. backed off his commitment to UCLA. He plays at Desoto high maybe Mills can help us out there. Hopefully we offer.

Maybe it's his name, but he reminds me of a kid named Tank English out of John Curtis several years back. He was short and stocky, but strong as an ox. He went on to play at Arizona St which may be where Bryce ends up.

Could you Imagine a rotation of Valentine, Godchaux, Lacoture, Trey L., and this guy

This guy would make a bomb arse fullback at the very least. He looks very quick for 315 pounds. Maybe too short for DT, but he'd be playing somewhere.

If he were to come to LSU I doubt he'd stay at DT, ala Copeland like someone has already mentioned.

That said, he has a really good punch off the line. I wonder if, because of his height, if that could develop anymore than it already is.

Kids way too fat. He needs to be around 270 and leaned up.

There's an acceptable level of HS fat and he's beyond it. Recruiters are becoming more and more leary of having to trim down incomers.

GO GET HIM!
This guy knows how to play DT. He gets off the ball fast, with great leverage, and uses his hands very effectively to shed blockers. Doesn't take risks or shoot gaps, very sound. Very quick, good punch, tremendous upper & lower body strength taking on doubles, reads his keys, and eyes the backfield well. Man, I hope our staff is evaluating this guy in person, because on film he is very impressive.
