Was at his first sec start at Auburn.
Kid was never the same afterwards

Harris was a big disappointment, but Jennings and Hatch were a LOT worse. One was below traditional FCS level and the other couldn’t cut it in the G5 after transferring. There’s no comparison to be made there.

I think it was Hunt, yesterday, talking about Nuss. He related how BK, unlike Miles, has young QBs in the program waiting their turn.
Flynn, unlike most Miles QBs, got a chance to learn his craft, playing behind JR. When JR left he was ready. Lee and Harris were examples of forcing young guys into starting before they were ready.
Burrow and Daniels, at LSU, were seasoned and ready.

Mettinburger was pretty solid, but I see your point.
