By the logic used in here the friend has no rights to listen to that music, he never paid for it.

That's what I'm saying. In media such as music, movies, games, info, etc, it will be shared with others and the producers of it know this. They say you have to purchase but they know that a friend can just as easily copy it, watch it, play it, or read it. There is nothing to stop it. Nature of the beast.
I think only real recruit addicts would pay for this stuff anyway. Also are you saying that you've never told anybody in person any of this "premium" info? My God this whole thing started because he said a few kids were at a public camp. Question, prior to this, how much premium info has he spread on here, matter of fact, how much has anybody spread?
If you think telling somebody that a player is at an open camp(something they will see on hundreds of feeds within the next hour) for free will run away potential customers, then you have no idea of the value of information.
When I first saw that title I thought somebody posted it from twitter, literally ANYBODY with a phone, twitter account, and eyes at the camp could have sold you that "premium" info.

I don't remember ever saying anything about it.
For what it's worth, I think fair use applies here. Not to mention, it's the internet. Trying to stop the open flow of information is just silly, any opinion outside of that fundamentally misunderstands what the internet is.
