It goes without saying where years ago it was simply an attention/ego thing (and sometimes trolling) now it has a [potential] real world effect and any fanbase that helps with that also has an effect. To what degree, which varies by the recruit, is the only question.
As for Heard, there's reason to be confident. When he takes all his OVs later I won't be scared.

That’s kind of my reasoning for it. I don’t think they care that The Albatross is tweeting about them, I just think that it’s one more tweet about them they didn’t have before LSU recruiting got ahold of them.

Captain, do we feel like we are in a good place with Sampson and Heard? I feel better about Heard, but I have a hard time seeing Sampson going elsewhere tbh. Am I correct on that?
