No, because he's played QB most of his HS career. I understand he's played defense as well, but most of the time it was QB.
That's not a normal switch. But to each their own. If you guys see it, then I'm obviously missing it.

OLB. I'm thinking Jones there, I guess.
But he's already listed at 225 before even getting to school. Has there been many OLB's @ LSU that's weighed 240-250?
Bama uses them because they can play that DE/LB hybrid, but in a 4-3, that's usually pushing the MLB range.

Why would he care what the Bama coaches think if he's going to commit to LSU on the 4th? Sounds like he's Bama's to lose at this point but is open to hearing the last push by Miles and Co. I think he's handling the situation pretty well, considering he fits well into Bama's system and we just stocked up on LBs last year.
