Basketball 2022 PG Recruit Dug McDaniel Player Evaluation
Posted by PointGuardEyes on 5/12/21 at 12:24 am

Hi All,
I wanted to share our newest player evaluation on LSU recruit Dug McDaniel from Paul VI High School in the Washington, DC area. We have evaluated McDaniel's game closely since he was a freshman, and this is our 3rd and final installment of our coverage on him. The evaluation comes equipped with 45 film clips to support the observations made.
McDaniel is currently ranked as a consensus top-70 recruit in the class of 2022, and has reportedly narrowed his final list of schools down to: LSU, Florida, Michigan, and VCU; but has recently received a late push from Penn State and Arizona State.
Point Guard Eyes is a free high school basketball player evaluation service that provides the most in-depth player analysis you will find.

I hope he’s chooses the Tigers! His style of play is reminiscent of Tremont Waters!

What about the guard from Newman
Has the hype died down on him?
Dunham beat them in title game
Is he a must recruit?

Not sure, but the "word" is that Michigan has the upper hand. He is expected to commit some time this summer.

No. Lockett is a high major recruit. It helps that their coach is a former LSU player and assistant coach. With the EYBL being pushed back because of Covid its just a late start for AAU this year. Lockett is probably the best player in the state right now. Keep an eye on Percy Daniels of Madison Prep too. He is really improving and should have a really good summer.
