I was pretty much alone on TigerBait last year - claiming that not only did I consider Hilliard the best player in Louisiana, I had him as one of the Top-3 recruits in the entire country. Everytime I looked at Hilliard, all I saw was a new and improved version of Beanie Wells. And Wells had been the #1 recruit in the entire country when he came out of high school.

That's because it isn't even a school. It is some type of football academy. At this point you can't even assume he was taking classes anywhere last Fall.
Good luck to Gino if he is waiting on video of Williams playing for Gulf Coast to arrive, because it doesn't exist.

I wouldn't go as far as saying he was the best in the state, but he was good. I had the opportunity to watch him play and he was very athletic. His one big flaw was his attitude and lack of sportsmanship on the field.
