Idk, he gets a chance to legitimately play both ways for 3 years, and to be coached by the last guy to successfully play both ways (and multiple sports) at an elite level.
I doubt he’ll do both so well as a freshman that he feels like he hit his ceiling. And I doubt he goes to Alabama and Saban changes the way he runs practice to get him first team reps on both sides.
