Arch Manning starts as No. 5 overall/ 1 Qb according to 247

Read it on their website. Had no luck on the recruits page for 2023.
Pretty good start for now. Expect that to change though.

I dont think we hold on to Johnson and Finley. Give it 2-3 years and the player that develops best will stay and be our starter while the other will transfer.

Hmmmmm......trying to figure out if this is a troll or not. You really have no idea as to why he would think a Manning is not coming to LSU?
I personally think with how O has changed the program and the obvious success he has had that we could have a shot at him, especially if we keep reeling in top talent across the country.....but it’s still slim IMO, but I hope I am wrong

Why would he or should he do that? The kids the top qb in his class from within the state. When your bread is buttered in the state it's usually not wise to shun the top guys in it. The staff go after kids daily we have no legit shot at but still put in the effort. It's how you remain a top program.

People around Arch know he has legit interest in LSU. His Uncles Peyton and Ei? Never a shot.

While I refuse to get my hopes up for a Manning, this is kind of a dumb take. It's been a long time since his uncles were recruited, but I don't recall either of them indicating much, if any, interest in LSU. He seems to be an LSU fan and likes what we're doing.
